Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of automotive repair and maintenance services directly at customer locations, ensuring vehicles are operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle repair, customer service, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse vehicle issues,Oil & Filter Changes, including brake repairs, tire rotations, cabin air filter replacements, and programming vehicle keys. Responsibilities Conduct automotive repairs and routine vehicle maintenance at customer sites, including brake repairs and tire rotations. Replace cabin air filters and perform other standard vehicle maintenance tasks. Learn and execute new recall procedures as they are introduced by manufacturers. Program vehicle keys to ensure proper functionality for customers. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs, estimated timeframes, and maintenance recommendations. Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation of services performed and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle status. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as brake repairs, tire rotations, and filter replacements. Ability to learn new skills such as programming vehicle keys and performing recalls. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently at various customer locations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Basic mechanical skills with a willingness to learn advanced automotive technologies. Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
