Job Description

Cleans and maintains designated facilities and grounds in a safe, sanitary, and orderly condition. Performs routine cleaning duties including, but not limited to, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, restroom maintenance, waste removal, and maintaining overall cleanliness of assigned areas. Ensures proper handling and use of cleaning supplies and equipment while following established safety procedures. Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED. Additionally, a valid driver's license in good standing is required. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM High School Diploma or GED. Additionally, a driver's license in good standing is required.
