Job Description
AppleOne is recruiting for a reputable family-owned company searching for a new Service Technician to join their team who can keep their commercial food and beverage equipment running flawlessly for clients. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment like slush machines, coffee brewers, and popcorn machines. This role offers a competitive salary, hands on support and training, and benefits including profit-sharing. Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep equipment reliable and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues.
- Install and remove equipment at customer locations as accounts change.
- Deliver amazing customer service experience through exceptional communication and support.
- Log service calls, parts used, and repair times accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to hit goals and strictly uphold safety standards. What You Bring
Technical Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic plumbing skills.- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- A valid, clean New York State driver's license.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer and digital documentation proficiency.
- A safe, efficient, and team-oriented approach to your work. Preferred Qualification
Certification:
EPA refrigeration certification is a major plus (but not required).Note:
