Service Technician Job Overview We are seeking a Service Technician to perform routine calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of analytical equipment at our facility for a variety of clients. This is a specialized, niche industry offering opportunities to grow within the company. Job-specific training will be provided. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with basic hand tools and mechanical equipment, and has great attention to detail. Hours Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Experience

• Technical background or relevant hands-on experience
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify equipment issues
• Soldering experience is a plus Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform routine equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance in accordance with company standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify the cause of malfunctions
• Perform necessary repairs and component replacements during service
• Conduct testing and verification procedures in accordance with company safety standards and protocols
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate with customers by phone and email as needed to address service-related questions and concerns
• Complete assigned service work accurately and efficiently
• Meet established service deadlines and turnaround times

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.0 per week
