About Us Rocco Vending LLC is a growing amusement machine company. We place modern prize and arcade machines inside shopping malls and retail centers. We are looking for a reliable, technically capable Service Technician to maintain amusement machines at Poughkeepsie Galleria in Poughkeepsie, NY, and Galleria at Crystal Run in Middletown, NY. These are ongoing part-time service accounts with flexible scheduling. We are specifically looking for someone we can trust to work independently, communicate consistently, troubleshoot equipment, and take ownership of keeping the locations operating at a high standard. For the right person, there will also be opportunities to take on additional amusement locations in the surrounding area as our portfolio grows. Responsibilities Complete scheduled service visits at Poughkeepsie Galleria and/or Galleria at Crystal Run Inspect and verify proper operation Troubleshoot and complete basic mechanical/electrical repairs Keep machines clean, organized, and customer-ready Collect cash and follow our reporting procedures Complete the required bank deposit after service Send clear photos and a service update after each visit Immediately report problems requiring additional parts or repairs Handle additional approved service calls when needed Keep a small amount of parts or inventory for the location What We're Looking For We care heavily about reliability and technical ability for this position.

The ideal candidate is:

Dependable and highly responsive Comfortable working independently without direct supervision Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting ability Professional when working inside a mall environment Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures consistently Comfortable handling cash and completing bank deposits Able to communicate clearly through text and email Able to identify when equipment needs parts or additional repair Experience with arcade machines, vending machines, electrical systems, mechanical repair, maintenance, field service, appliances, or similar hands-on technical work is strongly preferred. Direct arcade or vending experience is a major plus but is not required if you have strong mechanical/electrical ability and are willing to learn the equipment.
