Overview We are seeking a dependable Route Service Technician to service, replenish, collect repair, and maintain a variety of equipment placed in bars, stores, and entertainment venues. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy problem-solving, and don't mind being out in the field one day and in the shop the next, this is a great fit. Prior experience with atm, vending, amusement, or coin-operated machines is a plus but not required — training is provided.

What You'll Be Working On:

ATMs Arcade games Claw machines Jukeboxes Pool tables (including felt replacement) Other coin-operated and entertainment equipment

Responsibilities:

Perform on-site service calls to diagnose and repair equipment Conduct routine maintenance and preventative service Repair and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues Replace pool table felt, level tables, and perform minor refurbishments Load, transport, and set up equipment as needed Perform in-shop repairs, testing, and prep Maintain service logs and communicate job status clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to work independently and manage service routes Valid driver's license Customer-facing professionalism when on site
