Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Chandelier Service Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, cleaning, repairing and packing chandeliers. We are seeking someone who has at least 5 years experience and ideally someone who has worked in lighting previously. Our clients are high end and require top notch level of professionalism. Must be comfortable working on scaffolding. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and experience working with chandeliers. This position offers an opportunity to work in a specialized field, in a managerial role with opportunity to grow. Duties Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, replacing bulbs, and tightening fixtures Repair or replace damaged components using appropriate tools and techniques Safely disassemble and reassemble chandeliers during servicing or installation processes Ensure all work complies with safety standards Document service activities and report any major repairs needed for further action Assist with the installation of new chandeliers in residential or commercial settings Requirements Proven experience working with chandeliers Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for delicate fixture handling Knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices Ability to work at heights safely, often on ladders or scaffolding Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites Ability to work independently and efficiently We value candidates who are meticulous, safety-conscious, and passionate about craftsmanship in lighting maintenance.
