The Role:

As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to our customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.

Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.

Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.

Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.

Operate power tools and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 110 lbs., climbing ladders, kneeling).

Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.

What You Will Need:

Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.

Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus).

Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).

Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.

What We Offer:

Compensation & Benefits $25

  • 35 per hour; the final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on education, experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role
Overtime:

Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws
