Midwest Temperature Systems, founded in 1995, provides industry-best temperature, hazard monitoring and inventory control systems at commercial grain storage facilities in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and the East coast. We're seeking a field technician to install and repair these systems.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair monitoring systems in grain storage facilities Configure hardware and software components Perform maintenance on technical equipment Test equipment to troubleshoot issues Teach customers how to use the equipment properly Safety conscious Travel and weekend work is expected Overtime during peak seasons Work within a team/crew Skills Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc…) Install communication wiring Climb various structures at grain, feed, and industrial facilities Effectively work at various heights Experience operating a forklift is preferred Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook Strong communication and organization skills Qualifications Experience as a technician and/or experience in the grain/feed industry Ability to perform strenuous indoor and outdoor tasks Pass drug testing program
