BASIC SKILLS

Highly motivated, confident, energetic, and positive attitude. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with listening ability. Exceptional work ethic, willing and eager to succeed - a driven self-starter. A high degree of honesty and integrity. Professional appearance and demeanor. A valid driver's license and clean driving record and ability to drive service vehicles and trailers. Computer knowledge is helpful. Ability to read schematics and to use general electronic troubleshooting tools. Position requires at least 1 - 2 years' experience in the service field or a mechanical background. Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal daily supervision. Ability to remain calm and productive in an often-stressful environment and to deal effectively with challenging customer demands. Knowledge and skill in the use of general trouble shooting techniques.
