For example, your starting wage arrangement could range from $20

• 25 per hour (depending on experience, work ethic, and pace) and after a 60 day review, potentially change to being paid the full amount of each delivery fee which ranges from $75
• 150+ per delivery. Meaning, if you work quickly, safely, and effectively, You can take as many deliveries per work day as you are capable of, which can amount to a total of us much as $600
• 700 per day.

Duties Safely operate your own box truck to deliver appliances to residential and commercial customers Unload appliances carefully using appropriate hand tools and equipment Disassemble and reassemble appliances to safely and effectively navigate appliances through all door and pathways including entry doors, hallways, interior doorways and staircases. Install appliances accurately following schematics, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC guidelines Communicate clearly with customers to explain installation procedures and answer questions Conduct routine maintenance checks on your vehicle and equipment to ensure safety and reliability Complete all delivery documentation accurately and promptly, including logs and inspection reports Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair and installation Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment necessary for installation and repair Experience with refrigerator ice/water lines, laundry hook-up components, basic plumbing connections, and electrical cord changes for 110-220v power cords Skilled in troubleshooting equipment issues using diagnostic techniques Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Valid company vehicle operation license or experience operating a box truck safely Ability to start up appliances efficiently and troubleshoot basic mechanical problems on-site to relay to store technicians if there is an unexpected problem upon installation This role offers an exciting opportunity for self-starters who thrive in active environments.
