Lube, Oil & Filter Technicians:

Raabe Ford Lincoln is seeking entry level lube, oil & filter technicians with rapid growth opportunities available. We work with high school, college & adult education class schedules. If you have an interest in becoming a fully ASE Certified Technician, we have an apprenticeship program that provides a road map to get you there. Our processes are clearly defined and easy to follow. Raabe offers a clean, new & modern facility with a teamwork culture, where we help each other be successful. JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Tire Dismount/Mount & Balancing, Brake Pad & Rotor Inspection, check & refill fluid levels & overall safety check. General Inspection of vehicle operations and components and communicate any abnormal wear & tear directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if additional attention is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report card when each service is finished.
