Overview:
We are seeking a full time, experienced small engine technician. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking, outgoing, driven, and have previous small engine and mechanical skills. Expectations of our Service Technicians include the ability to diagnose and repair the following with little or no supervision, but are not limited to:- Safe operation of power equipment
- PTO systems
- Drive systems
- Electric systems
- Knowledge of battery powered equipment
- Preventative maintenance service on equipment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a service technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Excellent computuer skills
