The successful candidate will be responsible for machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, spare parts support, and technical service for customers. Responsibilities 1. After-Sales Service Support 1) Handle customer product quality claims and provide technical support. 2) Perform routine maintenance and preventive service on injection molding machines. 3) Conduct new machine installation, setup, and commissioning at customer sites. 4) Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficiently. 5) Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records. 2. Spare Parts Support 1) Coordinate warranty parts processing and shipping. 2) Prepare spare parts quotations for customers. 3) Support spare parts purchasing and shipment arrangements. 4) Maintain communication with customers regarding parts availability and delivery status. Qualifications & Capabilities 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding machine maintenance and repair. 2. Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and related systems. 3. Ability to read and understand mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical drawings and diagrams. 4. Experience in injection molding processing adjustment and machine parameter setup. 5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficient in using multimeters, hydraulic jacks, and other auxiliary tools, as well as precision measuring instruments including inside micrometers, Vernier calipers, and leveling instruments, with experience in quality improvement tools. 7. Good communication and customer service abilities. 8. Ability to travel for customer service and machine installation when required. Education Technical diploma, certification, or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
