Job Description

Woodhull, LLC seeks an Installation & Service Technician to install, network, and support Canon office equipment, printers, copiers, and document solutions for local business clients. In this field-based role, you'll perform equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting while delivering responsive, customer-focused service. You'll configure print drivers, basic network connections, and integrated software, and train users on effective operation. Working within a collaborative, service-driven culture, you'll document service activity, coordinate with sales and support teams, and stay current with evolving office technology. This position offers growth across IT, service, and workflow optimization. Responsibilities Install, configure, and network Canon office equipment, printers, and copiers at client sites Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hardware and related software Train end users on proper operation, basic maintenance, and best practices Document service calls, parts usage, and equipment status in service management systems Collaborate with sales and account teams to support smooth onboarding and upgrades Maintain current knowledge of office technology, print management, and document solutions Ensure timely response to service requests and uphold service-level commitments Support connectivity, driver installation, and simple network configurations Required Skills Hardware installation and configuration Printer and copier repair Basic networking and connectivity (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) Windows operating systems and print drivers Troubleshooting and diagnostics Customer service and client communication Technical documentation Time management and route planning Device firmware and software updates Managed print/document management solutions basics
