The ideal candidate will have experience servicing forklifts and other field equipment, providing on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repair of forklifts and related field equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. Collaborate with the service team and management to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Field Service Forklift Technician or similar role. Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently in a field environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
