Operate the material department including placing orders and filling orders for watch parts. Our current shop administrator is moving towards retirement. This is not a customer facing role. Key qualifications : Extremely organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. Able to multitask effectively in a busy environment with interruptions. Comfortable with computers and data entry. Professional, trustworthy, and comfortable handling high-value customer items. Minimum typing speed 40 words per minute. Team player that works well with others.
