We are hiring four full-time Electrical Service Technicians for our West Jefferson, Ohio location. This role pays $30-$35 per hour, based on experience. Important experience requirement This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have 3-5 years of full-time, professional electrical work experience. Apprenticeship or classroom training alone does not replace the required hands-on work experience. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical problems in residential and light commercial systems. Install, maintain, and repair panels, breakers, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, and related electrical equipment. Inspect and test electrical systems using meters and other diagnostic tools. Complete work safely and in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes. Explain findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers. Maintain accurate service notes and keep tools, vehicles, and work areas organized. Follow company procedures and all applicable safety practices. Work with the team to provide dependable, high-quality electrical service. Qualifications 3-5 years of full-time, professional electrical work experience is required. Hands-on experience with electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Working knowledge of panels, circuits, electrical controls, wiring methods, and common diagnostic tools. Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical information. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Dependable, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
