Job Description

Service Technician Iron Nation Harley-Davidson is a full-service dealership looking for experienced and motivated Service Technicians.
Qualifications:
MMI or equivalent Harley-Davidson Certifications - Preferred Own a set of tools to perform service, repair and customization work to company specifications Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement Must be available to work Saturday Focus on quality and customer service Self-motivated, organized and punctual Organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment and quality-conscious Basic Computer skills required 1 year riding experience Strong familiarity with Harley-Davidson parts and brand Positive Attitude exhibiting great Customer Service Assist the Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, or any other issue which will help ensure customer satisfaction Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualification by completing any necessary training programs assigned to you by the
