Full Job Description Summary:

Responsible for completing environmental inspections in a safe and timely matter. You will be responsible for working with clients, sub-contractors, realtors and other team members following all safety regulations. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Performs video inspections of sewer lines and rain drains. 2. Performs radon testing and radon analysis. 3. Assist in tank scans with additional exploration for informational purposes. 4. Upload video, pictures and inspection reports on the same day to clients, home inspectors and realtors. 5. Notify the office immediately with any appointment issues 6. Keeps detailed notes and work reports regarding documenting projects. 7. Communication with contractors, crew members, realtors, and homeowners must be done in a professional manner. 8. Load tools, prepare site materials and allow enough time for travel prior to first appointment. 9. Ensure all equipment is working properly, including cleaning when necessary. 10. Minimizes waste and maximizes efficiency to reduce costs. 11. Maintains a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations according to The Speedy Team Inc safety manual. 12. Follows state laws and regulations and adheres to local building codes. 13. Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels, such as roofs or in holes up to 4 feet including crawl spaces. 14. Communicates with office staff during the workday. Checks in with office supervisor at the beginning and end of each day. 15. Refrain from using phone for personal reasons unless on your break. 16. Initiates and follows through on tasks to help maintain office/warehouse during down time. 17. Assists in maintaining culture of office by contributing to a team mentality "I succeed when everyone succeeds." 18. Other job duties as assigned. 19. Potential for promotion as skills are acquired and proficiency in performance is shown.

Language Ability:

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing Software and the ability to learn reporting software once trained.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Specialized Training:

• 90 days and 100 hours working with Lead technician will be required before going on appointments alone
• OHSA Construction Training and Confined Space Training courses must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
• Continued Education may be required as needed and provided by office

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid driver's license and insurance coverage
• Clean driving record
