Peace of Mind Mobile RV Repair LLC is seeking a Technician to deliver high-quality mobile RV repair services in Eugene, OR. Position Summary As a Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, helping customers get back on the road safely and on time. You'll work in a hands-on role that combines technical problem-solving with professional service and clear communication. This hybrid position supports a schedule that balances on-site repair work with collaboration and coordination to ensure each service is completed to standard. Key Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and systems-related issues using established testing and inspection methods Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure safe operation and reliable performance Document inspections, findings, parts used, and repair steps accurately and consistently Communicate with customers and team members to set expectations and explain service needs and outcomes Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized condition Required Qualifications Hands-on experience performing repairs or maintenance on mechanical and/or systems-based products Working knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques and attention to detail during diagnostics and repairs Ability to read and interpret common service documentation and technical instructions Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work safely and follow procedures consistently in a repair environment Preferred Qualifications Experience specifically related to RVs, trailers, or similar recreational or mobile systems Familiarity with electrical diagnostics, basic wiring practices, and low-voltage systems Experience with preventative maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling Demonstrated ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Valid driver's license and comfort with traveling to customer locations as needed for service work Compensation Hourly rate: $22 - $32
