What You'll Do As a Drain Technician, you'll diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial drainage systems while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose drainage and sewer issues in residential and commercial properties Recommend effective solutions and explain findings to customers Clear clogged drains, sewers, sinks, tubs, toilets, and other drainage systems using professional equipment Operate drain cleaning machines, cables, hydro jetters, and related tools Perform video camera inspections and pipe locating services Diagnose and repair sewage ejector pumps, grinder pumps, and septic pumps Perform drain pipe repairs and installations as needed Maintain service vehicles, equipment, tools, and inventory Accurately document work performed and communicate with customers and office staff Follow all company safety standards and procedures Participate in occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency service calls as needed What We're Looking We're seeking team members who demonstrate: Integrity
