This is a hands-on, field-based role working on residential properties throughout the Portland area. Responsibilities:

Pressure washing (driveways, siding, patios) Gutter cleaning (including roof access) Debris removal and property clean-ups Basic landscaping and yard maintenance Window washing General exterior maintenance and cleaning tasks Driving a truck and transporting equipment Maintaining tools and keeping job sites clean and professional

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working on roofs and ladders Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Basic tool handling skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (But Not Required): Prior experience in pressure washing, landscaping, roofing, or general labor Experience driving trucks with equipment
