• Job Description
• As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in repairing and maintaining aerial lift equipment.

You will perform field diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of various utility equipment, ensuring their optimal performance and safety compliance. You will independently manage on-site service visits at customer locations, conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Deliver exceptional customer support by communicating effectively with clients, walking them through issues and repairs, and ensuring their satisfaction after each visit. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear and accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.

• Responsibilities
• + Repair and maintain aerial lift equipment by performing field diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

+ Respond to service calls and independently manage on-site service visits at customer locations across your assigned region.

+ Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize performance and meet

ANSI/OSHA

safety standards.

+ Communicate clearly with customers, walk them through issues and repairs, and ensure satisfaction after every visit.

+ Maintain clear and accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.

• Essential Skills
• + Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. + Experience in diagnostics across hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems. + Comfortable working solo in the field and managing time and service priorities. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Willingness to travel within the designated service area. + Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + High school diploma or equivalent. + Technical certification (ASE, EVT, or hydraulic systems) or vocational training in a related field is a plus. + 3+ years of experience working with aerial lifts, bucket trucks, hydraulic systems, or heavy equipment. + Knowledge of utility equipment and aerial lift products is a plus.

• Work Environment
• The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm, with flexibility to start at 6am if needed.

• This is a Contract position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $24.

00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
