Locally owned phone, tablet, computer, and game console repair shop, in business since 2011. We repair, buy, and sell devices every day. Small team, no corporate culture, no drama. We need a technician now — repair volume is outpacing what we can handle, and we're looking for someone who can step in and start fixing devices. What We're Looking For Hands-on repair experience preferred — phones, tablets, laptops, and game consoles (screens, batteries, charging ports, common hardware issues) Soldering experience is a plus No experience? Still worth applying if you're sharp, mechanically inclined, and a fast learner — we'll fast-track your training in weeks, not months Comfortable talking to customers — able to explain a repair, answer questions, or run the counter when needed. This isn't a bench-only role; you need to be as comfortable with people as you are with a screwdriver. Reliable and punctual — every shift, no exceptions Comfortable with small tools, precision work, and troubleshooting Mature and trustworthy — you'll be handling customer devices and shop equipment What You'll Do Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, laptops, and game consoles — screens, batteries, charging ports, water damage, and more Test and quality-check completed repairs before customer pickup Step up to the front counter as needed — greet customers, explain a repair, handle intake Keep the bench organized, track parts, flag inventory needs Train toward Apple Independent Repair Provider and Samsung Independent Service Provider certification (paid) Compensation and Growth Experienced techs: $18-$22/hour to start, based on skill and speed — above the PA market average, because we need someone who can contribute right away New to repair but sharp and reliable: $15-$17/hour with a fast-tracked, hands-on training path to full tech pay Paid training toward Apple IRP and Samsung ISP certification Long-term role — we're building the team, not filling a temporary slot
