Foxlane Homes Philadelphia is looking for a Service Technician to join our team! The Service Technician provides warranty and customer care support to homeowners after closing by inspecting concerns, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and coordinating follow-up work. This role requires strong construction knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct warranty service appointments, inspections, and repairs for homeowners. Diagnose and address common construction items including drywall, paint, trim, doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, and basic building systems. Document service requests, completed repairs, and follow-up actions in company systems. Coordinate subcontractor work when specialized trades are required. Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain maintenance, warranty coverage, and home system operation. Ensure repairs meet quality standards, service timelines, and safety requirements. Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 5 years of residential construction, home repair, maintenance, or warranty service experience. Working knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building systems. Ability to complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic troubleshooting repairs. Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience with production home builders, warranty processes, or construction management software. Trade certifications or knowledge of local building codes preferred.
