Punchout Warranty Technician Full-Time Position Overview Traditions of America, a nationally recognized builder of 55+ resort-style communities, seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Punchout/Warranty Technician to join our team. Position available at our Rose Ridge Community in Allison Park, PA. Working closely with colleagues in the field, the Punchout/Warranty Tech will learn our building standards from the ground up and play a key role in upholding our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. This position has significant room for advancement. Responsibilities Responsible for pre-title work and testing to ensure every home is defect-free prior to settlement Responsible for the "finishing touches" on homes, striving for excellence with every delivery Post-settlement, you will be required to address courtesy items and warranty work in a timely manner and secure customer "sign-off" for this work Responsible for general labor and clean-up within the Community Regular interaction with customers, addressing service and warranty issues with a strong focus on customer service and clear communication Coordination with various trade partners and team members on the job Requirements Candidates shall have: Outstanding finishing skills in a variety of trades with strong attention to detail A team-player mentality Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Superior customer service skills: a "people person" A proactive and energetic approach to the role Ability to lift 100 pounds Must have own tools
