Duties Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including electrical systems, controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and motor drives. Conduct mechanical repairs involving hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, welding (stick welding), and the use of precision measuring instruments. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage asset records. Read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately to facilitate precise repairs and installations. Operate heavy equipment such as scissor lifts safely for access during maintenance tasks. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex issues related to HVAC/R systems, industrial mechanics, or other specialized equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about technical issues and repair progress. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Experience Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial maintenance environments. Strong background in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and equipment repair. Hands-on experience with industrial electrician tasks including electrical blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management is highly preferred. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, and mechanical troubleshooting is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems quickly and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate clear reporting and customer interactions. Prior experience with electrical testing tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters is essential. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards.
