We service gas, wood-burning, pellet, and electric fireplaces , and we're looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience in the fireplace industry who is passionate about quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain all types of fireplaces Perform annual inspections and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot ignition systems, venting, burners, blowers, controls, and other fireplace components Ensure all work is completed safely and to manufacturer specifications Educate customers on proper operation and maintenance of their fireplaces Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications:

5-10 years of fireplace service experience Experience with gas, wood-burning, pellet, and/or electric fireplaces Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of venting systems, fireplace components, and safety standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills
