Pipeworks LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as an HVAC Installer / Technician . Whether you already have HVAC experience or are looking for an opportunity to build a career in the trades, we are interested in hearing from you. At Pipeworks, you will work alongside experienced technicians while gaining hands-on experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems. Job Responsibilities As an HVAC Installer / Technician, your responsibilities may include: Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-split systems, and other HVAC equipment Assisting with HVAC system replacements and new installations Installing and connecting ductwork, venting, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and electrical components Reading and following job specifications, manufacturer instructions, and installation requirements Performing equipment startup and testing after installation Troubleshooting HVAC equipment and assisting with service and repair work Loading, unloading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials Maintaining clean and organized company vehicles and work areas Keeping customer homes and job sites clean and protected while work is being completed Following company procedures and all applicable safety requirements Communicating professionally with customers, coworkers, and management Completing additional HVAC and mechanical tasks as assigned What We're Looking For HVAC experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable transportation to and from work Strong attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in basements, crawlspaces, attics, outdoors, and other confined or elevated areas Ability to lift and maneuver HVAC equipment, tools, and materials Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with your hands Professional attitude when interacting with customers Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment What Pipeworks Offers Full-time employment Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level Opportunity to earn weekly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses Take-home service vehicle On-the-job training Opportunities to learn multiple areas of the HVAC and mechanical trades Opportunities for advancement as skills and experience increase Paid time off Health insurance benefits Retirement benefits A team-oriented work environment Opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing local company Schedule This is a full-time, in-person position based out of Warren, Pennsylvania.
