Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Computer Hardware Technician / PC Repair Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier technical support and electronics repair services. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of consumer electronics, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, and other peripherals. Your expertise will ensure devices operate smoothly, providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining the integrity of their technology investments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical proficiency in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and customer satisfaction are at the forefront. Duties Perform comprehensive hardware diagnostics and repairs on desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices (Android, iOS), and consumer electronics using hand tools and schematic diagrams. Troubleshoot software issues related to operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS to restore device functionality efficiently. Conduct hardware maintenance tasks including component replacement, soldering (electrical soldering), and equipment repair to ensure optimal device performance. Support field service activities by traveling to client locations for on-site repairs of mobile devices, printers, copiers, and other electronic equipment. Assist customers with technical troubleshooting support across various operating systems and devices while delivering excellent customer service. Utilize schematics and analysis skills to identify faults accurately in complex electronic circuits or hardware assemblies. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting steps taken for quality assurance and future reference. Skills Proficiency with multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components such as motherboards, processors, RAM, storage devices, and peripherals. Experience with hardware diagnostics tools and techniques for desktop computer repair and mobile device troubleshooting. Skilled in the use of hand tools for electronics repair including soldering equipment for electrical repairs. Ability to troubleshoot software issues related to consumer electronics and provide technical support effectively. Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex hardware or software problems quickly. Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly. Familiarity with schematics for electronic circuit analysis and repair procedures. Knowledge of printer and copier repair along with mobile device troubleshooting support is a plus.
