Full-Time The Opportunity A well-established, privately held building products manufacturer is expanding its presence throughout the Mountain West and is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to support customers across Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finish carpenter, trim carpenter, millwork professional, or residential contractor who understands doors and millwork but is ready to move away from the physical demands and uncertainty of full-time installation or self-employment. This is not an installation position. You'll travel throughout the territory troubleshooting, adjusting, and repairing installed door and millwork products while serving as a knowledgeable, professional resource for customers. What You'll Do Travel throughout Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho to handle field service needs. Diagnose and repair issues involving residential doors, millwork, sidelights, doorlites, hardware, and related components. Make adjustments and repairs to existing products rather than performing full installations. Troubleshoot problems in the field and determine practical solutions. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, dealers, and company sales representatives. Document service calls and communicate recurring product or field issues back to the organization. Work independently while managing an assigned geographic territory. Help provide the field support necessary for the company's continued expansion throughout the Western U.S. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with residential doors, millwork, finish carpentry, or related building products.

You may currently be a:

Finish or trim carpenter Millwork installer or service technician Door installer or service professional Remodeling or residential construction professional Independent contractor or small-business owner ready for a more stable career opportunity More important than your current title is your ability to understand how these products work, diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and represent the company professionally in front of customers. You should be self-directed, dependable, mechanically capable, and comfortable working independently on the road. A clean driving record and the ability to perform the lifting and physical requirements associated with field service work are required. Why Consider This Opportunity? Pay:

$26.24 - $31.60 per hour
