Job Description
Need Experienced Marine Electricians/Electronics (Key West) This position is for someone who is moving to Key West or already lives in the area. Looking for part-time/full time individuals to join our team. We are a small business that's looking for an Electrician/electronics, good troubleshooter for diagnosing repairs etc. We Paint, Bottom Paints, Sanding and Gelcoats boats. We also work on running Gear, engines and general repairs on a fleet of Yachts/boats in Key West and Stock Island. Applicants need to be detail oriented, on time, honest, very flexible, motivated to learn and able to work on your own once given specific instructions. Requires extreme attention to detail. Applicants need to be able to do these tasks:
- Pick up parts for your jobs
- Able to carry 50 lbs.
- Operate power hand tools, familiar with multiple tools
- Follow
SPECIFIC
instructions for completing tasks- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Other responsibilities may be assigned
- Need to be able to fit in small spaces with out being claustrophobic Some experience and your own tools a plus.
- However, most employers (including us) won't take you serious unless you are planning to move to Lower Keys area.
