This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and understands that great service is about more than just completing a repair. What We Are Looking For Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance Professional appearance and good personal hygiene Clean, organized, and detail-oriented workmanship Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building trust with customers Able to identify additional plumbing concerns or service opportunities while in the home Honest and professional sales mindset without pressuring customers Able to think through unexpected situations and find solutions when a job changes from what was originally expected Calm and professional under pressure Responsible, respectful, and team-oriented Willing to work weekends when needed, especially during busy season Comfortable working in attics and other confined or difficult spaces when required What Matters to Us Our customers expect a high level of service.
