Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician based in Reading, PA, with the flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair of Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R and plumbing systems, troubleshooting equipment and systems, and providing field service support. The Service Technician will interact with clients to offer outstanding customer service while ensuring systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, specifically for HVAC/R and plumbing equipment Skilled in Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues accurately and efficiently Experience in Field Service operations, with adaptability to work on-site and provide technical support Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and ensure client satisfaction Relevant certifications or technical training in HVAC/R, plumbing, or related fields is beneficial Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to safe work practices Requirements added by the job poster EPA Section 608 Certification -
Refrigerant Handling Pay:
$18.00 - $50.00 per hour
