Responsibilities:

Learn and assist with daily in-house plastic fabrication. Read and work from drawings, schematics, and job specs. Perform metal and plastic fabrication and welding, including:

PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF

Stainless steel and carbon steel Assist with in-field plastic repairs and installation. Work with materials containing or in proximity to hazardous chemicals. Troubleshoot equipment and system issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, laws, regulations, and best practices. Travel to customer sites throughout New England Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site

Qualifications:

Experience working in industrial or process environments Hands-on knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Chemical process piping Industrial electrical systems Metal welding and fabrication - TIG/MIG Plastic welding and fabrication Industrial water or wastewater treatment systems Ability to read and follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer and writing skills for job reporting and communication Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight jobs.
