Printer Service Technician Techio Providence, RI Job Details Full-time $24 - $26 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Schematics Supply chain In-person customer service Printer (troubleshooting support) Technical support Computer networking Time management Full Job Description As the on-site technical expert, you will have superb technical experience in servicing and repairing print equipment. You will be energized by learning and sharing new information and have patience and compassion for end-users who seek your experience and talent to perform their jobs.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond in timely manner to technical service calls to meet the service level agreement and can produce results and provide exceptional customer service under pressure and with professionalism
  • Support your supervisor's supply chain and device inventory control
  • Review and maintain manufacturers' schematics and service manuals for all assigned
  • Complete preventative maintenance and repair records and maintain backup device inventory
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated hands-on technical experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of print equipment Superb technical skills with the ability to tear-down and rebuild print equipment
  • Multiple years' experience in the print service industry with strong knowledge of network
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational and time management skills
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Application Question(s): Can you work overtime if necessary? Are you willing to be on call after-hours and weekends? This job requires the ability to walk 50-60% of the time.
