Position Summary:

As a Service Technician, you'll perform warranty repairs and service work on the windows and doors we supply.
Responsibilities:
Perform warranty repairs and service work on windows and doors Diagnose and resolve installation and product issues Repair or replace window and door components as needed Provide professional, courteous service to customers at job sites Maintain accurate service records and documentation Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
What We're Looking For:
Experience with windows and doors, construction, or general carpentry is preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Requirements:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, typically 40-50 hours per week. Occasional overtime or Saturday work may be required based on business needs. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Daily use of company vehicles, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment is required. To be successful in this role, candidates should: Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Read and understand written instructions, forms, and work orders. Perform basic math and accurately complete service documentation. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and reach overhead. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Demonstrate good manual dexterity, vision, and depth perception while working safely in a physically demanding environment.
