As a Home Services Technician, you will be responsible for performing Carpentry, Handyman, and maintenance related services while adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards. Your enthusiasm and hands-on skills will help create healthier, pest-free living spaces for our valued clients. Home Services Technician - Responsibilities Perform residential handyman and home repair services Complete carpentry, fencing, decking, and general repairs Perform pressure washing and soft washing Perform house, roof, gutter, and solar panel cleaning Assist with lawn and property maintenance Perform minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, and flooring repairs Operate tools, equipment, ladders, and company vehicles safely Complete jobs independently and according to company standards Maintain clean and safe job sites Communicate professionally with customers Take job photos and document completed work Identify additional repair or maintenance needs Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Follow company safety procedures and applicable regulations Assist with other field services as needed Skills & Qualifications Experience in handyman or home repair work Basic carpentry skills Experience using hand and power tools Knowledge of pressure washing and soft washing Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, or flooring repairs Ability to safely use ladders and equipment Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment Willingness to learn new skills and services Join us in making a difference by providing safe, effective outdoor services that improve our customers' quality of life!
