Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Service Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing video games within multiple facilities across the area. In this role, you will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of video games, pool tables etc, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. Your technical expertise will support our commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hands-on problem solving to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Transportation and your own tools are a must. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on entertainment equipment, i Diagnose issues using, technical manuals, manufacturers and analysis skills; utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters to identify faults. Repair or replace defective parts on video games, pool tables & sound systems. Assist with technical sales support by providing expert advice on equipment repairs, upgrades, or replacements to customers or internal teams. Experience Proven experience working with your hands while maintaining a positive work ethic with customers. Hands-on experience with tools, meters and problem solving. Excellent customer service skills combined with strong analysis skills to diagnose issues accurately and communicate solutions effectively in English. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
