COMMERCIAL BUILDING REPAIR TECHNICIAN
in the Beaufort/Hilton Head/Savannah area.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Repair Technician to perform a variety of repair, renovation, and maintenance tasks within commercial buildings. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in one or more construction or maintenance trades. All work is local—no overnight travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: Concrete repair and finishing Carpentry Metal stud framing Drywall installation and repair Painting FRP panel installation Commercial doors and hardware Acoustic ceiling systems Flooring installation Cabinetry installation and repair General commercial building maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
Ability to pass a drug screening Valid driver's license with a clean driving record GED or High School Diploma required (college degree not required) Basic technology skills (ability to use a tablet, laptop, or smartphone) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing job-related physical tasks
Compensation & Benefits:
