We take pride in delivering reliable services, professionalism, and technical excellence. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of security and fire alarm systems, demonstrate technical troubleshooting ability, and proved outstanding customer service in both residential and commercial settings. Key Responsibilities - Requirements & responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Apply a working knowledge of how security and fire alarm systems function Provide on-site maintenance and technical support for residential and commercial security systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Perform troubleshooting and repairs Review installation orders and prepare necessary tools, equipment, and supplies for service or installation Install and calibrate security and fire alarm systems, including running cable, pulling wire, and programming equipment in compliance with safety codes and regulations Maintain accurate service and installation records Support customer satisfaction by resolving technical concerns and responding to service inquiries Maintain confidentiality and comply with company security and non-compete agreement ( required ) Uphold company standards for safety, professionalism, and technical performance Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of related technical or field service experience preferred Experience with intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems is a plus Ability to safely climb ladders up to 24 feet Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent required; Low Voltage, Fire, or Security Systems knowledge preferred but not required Proficiency with basic computer software applications Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information Must successfully pass a background check
