Service Technician Shift and Pay :
1st shift, $25/hour 2nd shift, $27.50/hourPerks :
Weekly Pay, Full Benefits, 50 cent raises after 3 and 6 months, cafeteria onsite, Starbucks onsite. Must be mechanically inclined : will be performing testing, troubleshooting and calibration of medical devices Responsibilities Utilize specialized testing equipment to perform functional testing of life support consoles (training provided on proprietary systems). Conduct plug-and-play pass/fail testing to verify proper console performance. Extract, enter, and maintain test data, records, and service results in internal computer systems with high accuracy. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical life support consoles. Maintain calibration standards for all test equipment used in servicing and testing activities. Provide internally based service support for the pool of service loaner consoles and marketing consoles. Offer basic telephone support to customers and field-based Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams regarding console service and performance. Monitor and ensure adequate service inventory levels to meet day-to-day service needs. Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call service support schedule to assist customers and field teams when needed. Support manufacturing operations with testing and burn-in of spare parts and components. Assist Engineering with complaint follow-up, including evaluation, testing, investigation, and closeout of issues. Document neatly and accurately all services performed, including test procedures, results, and maintenance actions. Communicate service issues, findings, and concerns in a timely manner to leadership and administrative teams. Review the full service history of each console prior to servicing to ensure thorough and informed maintenance. Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), processes, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance. Collaborate as a team player while executing on individual and team goals related to assembly, production, troubleshooting, and repair. Perform electronic and electrical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems as required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Danvers, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
