This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise, troubleshoot complex systems, and deliver outstanding customer service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal operation of machinery across diverse industrial environments. Your proactive approach and technical knowledge will contribute significantly to our commitment to operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Perform equipment repairs, maintenance, and installations in accordance with safety standards and technical specifications. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks. Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas during maintenance activities. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to facilitate accurate repairs and modifications. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repair status, maintenance procedures, and system performance improvements. Requirements Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial environments with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) is highly desirable. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and schematics reading. Ability to perform electrical diagnostics using tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters; experience with electrical troubleshooting is essential. Knowledge of welding techniques ( welding preferred) along with mechanical skills in equipment repair and maintenance. Experience operating scissor lifts or similar aerial work platforms safely in industrial settings. Strong analysis skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities for complex troubleshooting scenarios. Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interactions. Relevant certifications or experience in industrial electrician work or HVAC/R systems are a plus. Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting guides confidently.
