What You'll Do Install a variety of custom shading systems including motorized awnings, exterior & interior roller shades, shutters, roof systems, and drapery Diagnose issues and perform repairs or replacements with confidence Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly Step in when needed for service or urgent repair calls Ensure every install is completed with precision, care, and pride Communicate key feedback from customers to the team so we keep improving Follow safety standards and take ownership of your work on every job site What You Bring Hands-on installation experience (shade systems or similar trades preferred) A strong work ethic and ability to handle a physically active role Adaptability—you're comfortable working in different environments and solving challenges as they come Sharp attention to detail, especially with measurements and finishing work Problem-solving mindset —you don't just see issues, you figure them out Valid driver's license Why Texas Sun & Shade We're serious about building great people—not just filling roles.
