We are looking for an experienced and dependable Construction Handyman / Repair Technician to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone with a strong construction background who is comfortable performing a variety of repair, demolition, and finish work. The right candidate is a well-rounded tradesperson who can work independently, problem-solve in the field, and complete quality work efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Drywall installation, repair, patching, and finishing Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups Light electrical work, such as replacing fixtures, switches, outlets, and similar items Demolition and removal of damaged building materials Basic carpentry and general construction repairs Punch-list and finish work Jobsite setup and cleanup Use hand tools and power tools safely Identify problems and determine appropriate repairs Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and other team members Assist with other construction and restoration-related work as needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of construction experience required Strong drywall and painting experience Experience with demolition and general construction repairs Working knowledge of basic electrical repairs Basic carpentry skills preferred Ability to work independently and complete tasks without constant supervision Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable and punctual Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment Comfortable working on active construction and restoration jobsites Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass any required employment screening What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee benefits Consistent work Opportunity for overtime when available Opportunity to grow with an established construction/restoration company Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional additional hours depending on project needs.
