Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Handyman Repair & Demo Technician to perform demolition, repairs, and general construction work on residential and commercial restoration projects. The ideal candidate is skilled with tools, has a strong work ethic, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim, and other building materials.
• Complete general handyman repairs including drywall, painting, trim, doors, flooring, and minor carpentry.
• Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects.
• Install and repair fixtures, hardware, and finish materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and teammates.
• Accurately document completed work and job progress. Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of handyman, construction, or restoration experience preferred.
• Experience with demolition and residential repairs.
• Knowledge of power tools and construction equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills
