Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Handyman Repair & Demo Technician to perform demolition, repairs, and general construction work on residential and commercial restoration projects. The ideal candidate is skilled with tools, has a strong work ethic, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities
- Perform demolition of drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim, and other building materials.
- Complete general handyman repairs including drywall, painting, trim, doors, flooring, and minor carpentry.
- Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects.
- Install and repair fixtures, hardware, and finish materials.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and teammates.
- Accurately document completed work and job progress. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of handyman, construction, or restoration experience preferred.
- Experience with demolition and residential repairs.
- Knowledge of power tools and construction equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills

- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile)
- Finish carpentry
