Description :
The Service Technician assists in the overall maintenance operations of the community while taking a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects. The Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the company.
Qualifications:
Organized & Detail Oriented Strong Punch-out experience EPA Certification Preferred HVAC Certified Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability Drywall Repair Irrigation knowledge Strong customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Prior experience in multi-family housing On-call required (weekends included) Above average communication & customer service skills necessary Positive / "Can Do" attitude Primary Responsibilities Complete residents' service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform routine maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance Make repairs as needed to all common areas and units Review daily work order priorities with the Service Supervisor at the beginning of each day Share on-call responsibility with the Service Supervisor and Assistant Service Supervisor Inspect the community on a daily basis to propose upgrades and address deferred maintenance issues Responsible for upkeep of all property-issued tools Communicate fluently in English Other duties as assigned
