Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Mobile Repair Team Lead , where your expertise will drive excellence in mobile device repair and customer service. This energetic role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled team in delivering top-tier repair solutions for a wide range of mobile devices, including Android, iOS, and macOS platforms. Bilingual candidates are preferred; however, Spanish-only speakers are absolutely welcome to apply. English is not required. As a key leader, you'll inspire your team to troubleshoot complex issues, ensure quality repairs, and provide exceptional technical support in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and motivate a team of technicians to perform repairs on mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, while ensuring adherence to quality standards Oversee repair processes involving operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows, utilizing schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting Conduct hands-on repairs using hand tools and soldering techniques for hardware issues like component replacements or circuit repairs Provide technical support and guidance on software troubleshooting, device diagnostics, and hardware analysis to team members and customers Manage daily operations by coordinating repair schedules and ensuring timely completion of repairs Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve performance and workflow efficiency Assist retail sales associates with technical product knowledge to enhance customer experience and support sales efforts Review schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately while maintaining detailed repair documentation Utilize basic Microsoft Office programs for communication, reporting, and operational tasks Skills Proficiency in repairing mobile devices across multiple operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows Strong soldering skills for hardware repairs involving circuit boards or small electronic components Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for mobile devices and laptops Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately for effective diagnostics Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software issues quickly Experience with software troubleshooting tools and diagnostic software for mobile devices and computers Familiarity with retail sales environments and providing exceptional customer service Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to train, mentor, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment Previous supervisory or management experience in any field is welcomed (warehouse, grocery store, retail, restaurant, customer service, etc.) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but Spanish-only candidates are encouraged to apply
Pay:
$14.50 - $15.00 per hour
