Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, Field-Based Pay:

We're looking for a seasoned Dental Service Technician who takes ownership of their work, solves problems confidently, and represents our company with professionalism in the field. The ideal candidate will have prior dental service experience and be comfortable independently running service calls with minimal ramp-up. This is a hands-on, field-based role. You'll work independently while staying connected to a supportive team. What You'll Be Responsible For Diagnose and repair dental equipment on-site including chairs, delivery units, compressors, vacuums, sterilizers, and small equipment Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Manage installation, repair, and maintenance of dental equipment Troubleshoot core dental equipment and technology, including CBCT systems and software integrations Conduct radiological EPEs Coordinate service schedules with Service Coordinators Troubleshoot and test equipment during field visits Remove and haul off shipping materials after installations Maintain service vehicle inventory and manage parts stock Order parts as needed Document service calls, parts used, and repair notes accurately Communicate professionally with dental office staff Follow all safety and infection-control procedures What We're Looking For We care about reliability, skill, and attitude.
